Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. As our products are personalized and made to order, please allow this time for production before shipment.

Shipping Time Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within Ireland takes 1-3 business days.

Order Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at gifts@bmmemories.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
